Lisa Shestack
President
After graduating Boston University, Lisa began her corporate career selling Phone Systems with Nortel Networks. Realizing a shift in the industry, she decided to expand her talents in technology by opening her own Medical Billing company. In 2004, she partnered with Sharon Galvin, creating ACFS. Lisa takes great pride in Accurate Cash Flow Solutions, Inc. and only hires the very best. Many of the team have been with ACFS since inception. Lisa believes that every dollar counts and pledges to find every one of yours. Lisa is also a Licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Sharon Galvin
CEO
Sharon started her professional career as a Salesperson at Cellular One in Westwood Massachusetts. She continued her sales career at Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals. Because of her knowledge and experience in corporate America, she decided to open her own company. She was encouraged to enter the medical field and decided the best avenue for her was to start her own Medical Billing company. In 2004, she partnered with Lisa Shestack, establishing ACFS. Sharon is also a Licensed Realtor in Massachusetts. Sharon spends her spare time playing music, as a professional percussionist and spending time with her dogs. Kathy Moore
General Manager
Kathy went to college at Johnson & Wales University for her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. During her time there, she worked full time as an assistant manager/projectionist at a local movie theater. After graduation, while she was uncertain what she would do, she was introduced to Medical Billing by her longtime friend, Lisa Shestack. When Lisa offered Kathy a position at her new billing company, Kathy accepted the position without hesitation. She understood the risk of working at a startup company, but she also knew how tenacious Lisa was and that she would stop at nothing to be successful. During her time with ACFS, Kathy’s skills and responsibilities have grown as the company has grown. She is constantly multitasking and working on new projects and challenges. She even has helped design and create the in-house document imaging software “AccuTrak”. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her large family and all her barnyard animals. Jennifer Sanchez
Senior Billing Manager
After working in the customer service field for 15 years, Jennifer wanted to change her career. She enrolled in a Medical Billing/ Coding program at her local community center. After 8 weeks, she completed her training at the top of her class. She has been with ACFS since 2017 and her knowledge quickly moved her into the position of Senior Billing Manager. She is knowledgeable with all aspects of medical billing and works with providers who specialize in physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, mental health, physical medicine & neurosurgical fields. She is also proficient with workers compensation and auto liability billing. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach, walking her Chihuahuas and spending time with her teenage children.
